This App allows users to book medical appointments and tests at the Group's hospitals and clinics, as well as view test result reports, from the comfort of their homes. Developed by Portuguese IT company Glintt, the "HPA Saúde" App represents an investment that falls in line with the most recent customer-oriented innovations in the healthcare sector.
The "HPA Saúde" App includes several features that allow for great flexibility in accessing HPA Saúde Group services. From now on, users will be able to book medical appointments and tests from their mobile phones, by choosing their preferred date, time and facility. Moreover, users will be able to view test result reports and search old reports and doctors' names, as well as other information.
The message area can be configured to remind users of upcoming tests and appointments. A telephone number and a map are also linked to every appointment, providing users with information on the best way to travel to the hospital or clinic in question. Users will also be able to verify receipts and pay invoices from the comfort of their homes.
A useful communication channel, this App will allow the HPA Saúde Group to get closer to their customers. By making this App available, the Group will also receive less calls, which will result in an improved telephone service.
