The Ombudsman is available to evaluate any complaint, suggestion for improvement or request from clarification concerning the services provided by Glintt.
The Ombudsman will review all complaints, suggestions and comments and issue recommendations to our Executive Committee, which will subsequently define and implement action plans aimed at improving service quality.
